-Identifying/creating regular projects and service opportunities in our local community

-Local: Helping Hands, New Hope, Giving Tree

-Regional/National: Intermountain, Christmas Joy Offering, One Great Hour of Sharing

-Global: Missionary support, Operation Christmas Child

Responsibilities:

-Sunday School (Nursery & Elementary)

-Middle School/High School Youth Group

-Small groups/Bible studies (Adult Christian Ed in general)

-Membership

-Child and Youth Protection Policy

Elder - Stewardship

Responsibilities:

-Budget and finance

-Stewardship campaigns

-Insurance

-Endowments/Memorial funds

-Personnel communication/HR

Elder - Pastoral Care

Responsibilities:

-General, regular check-ins with our oldest FPC members (including shut-ins, widows, etc.) through a Shepherd/Flock model (each shepherd responsible for 3-6 members/flock)

-Homebound Communion
